Well team we are almost ready to go.  Everything is running along nicely like a well oiled engined.  Entries are pouring in, race packs and t-shirts are being despatched as I speak.  Lots of other behind the scene things are happening - marshalls enlisted, helpers for the water stations, officials for the start and the finish of the race along with all the helpers who help hand out the refreshment bags.  All the other agencies who help out will get their final brief on Friday - so much going on that I can't list everything.  Roll on Sunday 21st and hope that we have the perfect weather conditions for both runners and volunteers.  Here's to a great  turnout on the day.
